Contents
1. SMS and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share mobile information only with the messaging service provider that delivers the messages you asked for, and only to the extent required to deliver them. That provider is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile information under any circumstances.
You will receive text messages from us only if you affirmatively tick a consent box on one of our forms. Consent is never pre-selected and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance. Full detail is in our SMS Terms.
When you opt in, we record the date and time, the IP address the form was submitted from, your browser user agent, and the exact consent wording displayed on screen. We keep this record so we can demonstrate that consent was given, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

Non-personal information
Non-personal information does not identify you as an individual. When you visit this website we may collect browser type, operating system, general location derived from IP address, and usage data. Because this information cannot be used to identify you, we may use it to analyze website performance and improve functionality.
Personal information
Personal information identifies you as an individual. We collect it only when you provide it, for example when you submit a form, request information, schedule a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us. This typically includes your name, business or clinic name, email address, telephone number, and any information you choose to include in a message to us.

These providers are contractually required to keep your information confidential and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing or others.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Consent records for text messaging are retained for at least four years after the consent is given or withdrawn, in line with the statute of limitations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, so that we can evidence consent if asked. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
8. How We Secure It
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers required to treat it as confidential. While we take reasonable precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security.
