1. Program Description

Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing operates a text messaging program for businesses that have requested information about our marketing services. If you opt in, you may receive SMS or MMS messages regarding consultation scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups about your inquiry, service and account updates, check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and promotional offers about our marketing services.

We send messages only about our own marketing services. We do not send messages on behalf of any other company, and we do not send unrelated content.

2. How You Opt In

You will receive text messages from us only if you affirmatively opt in. On our opt-in form you enter your mobile number and tick one or both consent boxes. Those boxes are never pre-ticked, and you must tick them yourself.

We collect two separate consents:

• Non-marketing consent covers messages about your consultation, appointment reminders, follow-ups about your inquiry, check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and service status notifications.
• Marketing consent covers promotional messages, including special offers, case studies, and service updates.

We keep a record of every opt-in, including the date and time, the IP address the form was submitted from, and the exact wording of the consent language shown on screen at that moment.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the types of messages you have opted into. In practice most recipients receive a small number of messages per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and to messages you send us. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan. Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing does not charge you for the messages themselves.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop. You will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers

Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Privacy of Your Mobile Information

We use a messaging service provider solely to deliver the messages you have requested. That provider is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

9. Age Requirement

By signing up for text messages from Luxor Partners LLC DBA Glow Marketing, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes to how we message you will be communicated before they take effect.
